Customer drawings	Manufacturing can proceed from approved customer STEP, DXF and PDF files.
Maximum envelope	Up to 1000 × 1000 × 1000 mm, subject to geometry, process, machine access and handling.
Prototype quantities	One-off and prototype quantities may be evaluated.
Production quantities	Low- and repeat-volume production subject to approved tooling and inspection plan.
Surface finish	Gloss as the standard cosmetic request; machined and application-specific finishes available after review.
Embedded hardware	Aluminium or stainless inserts, threaded bushes, bonded studs, mounting plates and custom interfaces.
Inspection	Visual and dimensional inspection; NDT or third-party inspection according to requirement and availability.
Indicative tolerance	General machined target ±0.20 mm. Precision features require drawing-specific capability review.
Temperature capability	Defined by the selected resin system, laminate and curing process; no single temperature applies to all parts.
Confidentiality	NDA-supported engineering review is available.
Lead time	Dependent on part criticality, geometry, tooling, inspection and material availability.
