Information collected

Contact details, company details, delivery PIN code, technical requirements, account credentials and files voluntarily submitted for quotation or recruitment.

Purpose

Quotation, manufacturability review, order processing, customer support, recruitment review, security and legal compliance.

Engineering files

Uploaded drawings are stored outside the public website directory. Access is limited to authorised administrative workflows. Customers should request an NDA before sharing highly confidential information.

Retention

Records are retained for legitimate commercial, legal and operational purposes and may be deleted when no longer required.
